Trophy Whitetail Deer Hunts, Mule Deer
Hunting
Alberta's North has always been a passion for us. With a vast
area to hunt Bear, Whitetail, and Mule deer, hunters can experience
many different stand sites. We started Burnt Lake Outfitters
with the same principals about hunting as many North American
hunters. Keeping hunting camps small and efficient is always
a priorty. We feel that smaller camps offer a better experience
throughout your hunt. We have 20 years experience hunting
in our area and can offer you a great hunt. |
Trophy

| Bowhunting
Trophy Whitetails
With bowhunting becoming more popular every year, bowhunters
are now taking advantage of todays technology. Bowhunters
can shoot effectively at 40-60 yards away with the right set
up, and hunt with more confidence. With very limited bow tags
in Alberta’s top trophy whitetail deer areas, bowhunters
can take advantage of zero deer hunting pressure and deer
hunt the same areas as rifle deer hunters. With access to
an area that is all exclusive to Burnt Lake Outfitters, bowhunters
can enjoy many prime deer hunting stand sites, great lodging
and a true taste of hunting Alberta’s trophy deer.
The deer hunting bow season runs from Sept 10 – to Oct
31st. We offer 6/8/10 day packages. Bowseason is three weeks
longer than deer hunting rifle season so deer hunting bowhunts
are all exclusive and are guided by the outfitter with no
more than two deer hunters at a time. All deer hunting is
done mainly by tree stand and ground blinds, rattling and
grunting can be very effective pending on the time of the
hunt.
